- Two popular limited-edition Nespresso flavors returning in 2026
- Pistachio Vanilla, White Chocolate and Strawberry debuted last year
- Both flavors are expected to be restocked next week.
Nespresso is bringing back two of last year’s most popular limited-edition flavors: pistachio, vanilla on ice, and white chocolate and strawberry.
The two sweet options launched last spring and proved extremely popular, but they were only on sale for a few months. Now, however, it looks like both flavors will soon be back on sale in Nespresso stores and online boutiques, so you can stock up on your favorites.
Strawberry and White Chocolate and Pistachio Vanilla have already returned to Canada, and according to a post on the r/NespressoSpoilers Subreddit, they will return to the United States on January 28, along with a selection of other limited editions.

That’s not all: Nespresso fans in Canada also received two limited-edition ‘celebration cups’ in a pink color called Strawberry and a cream shade called Parchment, which will likely go on sale in the US along with the coffee capsules. I will be very attentive to the online store to see if they also go on sale next week.
Tasting notes
If you couldn’t get your hands (and taste buds) on white chocolate and strawberry the first time, you might be wondering how those two flavors would work when combined with coffee. The answer is: surprisingly well. The pods use a blend of Brazilian and Colombian Arabica beans, which already have quite a fruity profile, and the flavor added after roasting complements them rather than overpowering them.
I found that the freshness of the strawberry came through first, followed by the creamy base notes of vanilla. I wasn’t sure how well the fruity flavor would pair with the milk, but I found that a splash of oats or dairy softened the acidity and brought out the vanilla.
Pistachio Vanilla was launched during the craze for pistachio-filled Dubai chocolate, but its enduring popularity has proven that it wasn’t just a fleeting trend. This particular flavor is meant to be served over ice for a refreshingly cold drink, but I found it equally tasty hot, and I wasn’t alone.
“Yayyy, I’ve been savoring my last box and whistling at my fiancĂ© every time he looks at it,” one Reddit user wrote, while another confessed to hiding their last two capsules behind their vitamin bottles.
Each capsule produces a sweet-smelling double espresso, and I topped mine off with cold milk foam made with De’Longhi Primadonna Aromatic, which I was testing at the time. If you don’t already have a coffee machine that can froth cold milk, the Nespresso Aeroccino 4 is a great standalone option.

The pistachio-vanilla flavor is more potent than the white chocolate-strawberry flavor, which makes sense since it needs to be poured over ice, which will dilute it as it melts. Served as an iced latte, it was refreshing and filling, without being overly sweet.
If you fancy something more dessert-like, Nespresso has a recipe for an iced vanilla oat milk latte with pistachio using the capsules, which includes marshmallows for an extra treat.
I don’t know if the two flavors are now a permanent fixture or will soon disappear from shelves again, so once they go on sale I’ll definitely be purchasing multiple packs just to be on the safe side.
