The open receiver of the Miami Dolphins, Tyreek Hill, caught attention at the end of the 2024 season when he suggested that he wanted an exchange of the team after the playoffs were lost.
Hill told journalists that he was “out” after the Dolphins lost to the New York Jets, losing a place in the playoffs against the Denver Broncos. He explained to ESPN on Saturday that he was frustrated by how the season took place and decided to express it in a questionable way.

“What everyone listened at the end of the season was frustration,” he said. “I have been winning my whole life, brother. They don’t understand it, I break my butt every day. I deserve to feel like that; I deserve to have some kind of opinion.
“All they want is to tell them: ‘Well, will we get them next year?’ No, to shit that Compete, brother. “

The rumors arose immediately after he made the comments, suggesting that he had requested an exchange. But the Dolphins General Manager Chris Grier said that such request was not made.
Hill’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said in “The Pat McAfee Show” earlier this month that he believed that Hill was committed to the Dolphins, although he did not talk to him about the matter.
The star receiver did not reach 1,000 yards receiving while the Dolphins faced injuries in the field marshal. Hill had 81 receptions for 959 yards and six touchdowns. He had four consecutive seasons of at least 1,000 yards before 2024.
