The star of the Indiana Pacers, Tyrese Haliburton, made a sincere position of social networks that reflect on the loss of the team’s NBA finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder and the torn Achilles suffered in game 7.
Haliburton made a night publication in X with a long statement and a photo of himself in a hospital bed. It arrived more than 24 hours after they saw him twisting with pain in the floor at the Paycom Center.

“Man. I don’t know how to explain it apart from shock. Words cannot express the pain of this disappointment. Frustration is unfathomable. I have worked my whole life to reach this moment and that’s how it ends? It makes no sense,” he wrote.
“Now that I have undergone surgery, I would like to be able to count the number of times people tell me that I will” get louder. “What cliché hahaha, this, this, stinks. My foot feels like a dead weight.
“At 25, I have already learned that God never gives us more than we can handle. I know that I will go on the other side of this better man and a better player. And honestly, at this time, torn Achilles and everything, I do not regret it. I would do it again, and again after that, to fight for this city and my brothers. For the opportunity to do something special.”

Three Achilles lesions in a Postseason of the NBA: what is happening and how is it solved?
Haliburton apologized to the city of Indianapolis for disappointing fans, although he did nothing.
He delivered one of the most epic playoff performances in recent memory when he broke the hearts of fans in Milwaukee, Cleveland and New York on their way to the NBA finals. He almost did it in Oklahoma City if it was not for a tension in the calf that hindered him, as well as the torn Achilles.
“Indy, I’m sorry. If any fan base does not deserve this, it is you. But together we are going to fight like hell to return to this same place and overcome this obstacle,” he added. “I do not doubt for a second that support me, and I hope you know that I have yours. I think Kobe said it better when in this same situation. There are much greater problems/challenges in the world than a torn aquiles. It stops feeling sorry for yourself, find the silver coating and come to work with the same belief, the same impulse and the same conviction as always.” And that is exactly correct. I will do everything in my power to make it well.
“My trip to get where I am today was not by chance, I have pressed every day to be great. And I will continue doing exactly that. The most important part of this is that I am grateful. I am grateful for every experience that has taken me here. I am grateful for all the love of The Hoop World. I do not have to go through this. I will dust off and I will be the best version of Tyrese Haliburton.”
According to reports, Haliburton is likely to lose the 2025-26 season as well.
