UFC news: Dana White shares the brutal injuries of Belal Muhammad

Belal Muhammad was involved in a hitter with Jake Della Maddalena at UFC 315, and HayMaker after HayMaker left the fighter with horrible cuts on his face.

Della Maddalena defeated Muhammad through a unanimous decision to win the Welter Welter Welter Championship of UFC, a Muhammad title for 287 days.

UFC president Dana White showed the scope of Muhammad’s injuries in a publication about her Instagram stories on Sunday. He said Muhammad suffered a broken nose and a broken orbital bone, as well as a divided upper lip. Muhammad also had a wound under his left eye.

“What war!” White subtitled the photo.

It was Muhammad’s first defeat since he suffered a unanimous loss of decision against Geoff Neal in January 2019. He fought against Leon Edwards to a non-answered in March 2021. The judges noted the fight 48-47, 48-47 and 49-46.

Muhammad promised to return.

“Allah’s plan is the best plan,” Muhammad wrote in a publication about X. “Alhamdillah for everything. Thanks to all my followers. I was here before and I will return.”

Edwards, Sean Brady, Shavkat Rakhmonov and Ian Machado Garry could be potential opponents for the belt after the victory of Della Maddalena.
