- Galaxy S25 series phones get a small UI 7 update
- The launching schedule for other phones remains uncertain
- Galaxy S23 models could get update next week, or next month
The launch of Samsung of One UI 7 (based on Android 15) has been long and frustrating for users, with delays and errors in abundance, and we have more details about when the software could reach its phone.
First, the well -known Tipster @univereice points out that the “final version” of an UI 7 is now being implemented for the Samsung Galaxy S25. Or at least it seems to be in South Korea, so it should get to the rest of the world soon.
Galaxy S25 phones were launched with an IU 7 on board in January, but this latest “final” version seems to update the phones with the latest features, including a new load animation and an improved interface support for multimedia player applications.
That leaves any other Galaxy phone. Officially, a UI 7 was supposed to go to the Galaxy S24, Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 on April 7, although that process was paused, and it is not clear if it has been completely resumed. According to Reddit’s reports and social networks, it seems that it can depend on which part of the world they are.
Coming soon?

With the continuous uncertainty about the ONE UI 7 update for Galaxy phones launched in 2024 and 2025, it may not be surprising that we are watching conflicting leaks when older telephones such as the Samsung Galaxy S23 will be included.
If you have a Galaxy S23, a report by the Android headlines will encourage the Android headlines that suggests that the phone could obtain an UI 7 as soon as next week, although it seems that the Canadian carrier who enumerates the filtration has now been reviewed.
From Canada to India, where the well -known Tipster @tarunvats33 has published another deployment timeline that specifies the date of update of the Galaxy S23 as May 25. Some other phones and tablets will apparently have to wait until June or even July.
As it has tended to be the standard with an UI 7, we have a lack of clarity of Samsung and many conflicting rumors, not helped by the complex logistics of the management of software updates in multiple countries and operators. Once again, Galaxy phone owners have to patiently update their Android update screens and wait.
