The university basketball crown presented a unique trophy that will be delivered to the winners of the male postseason tournament of 16 teams in Las Vegas next month.
The trophy is a real crown and the first piece of portable hardware of this type in the postseason university basketball. The Golden Crown appeared at the “Fox Sports Breakfast Ball on Friday morning, with the tournament preparing to tip up on Monday.

The presentation of the crown came in the middle of a week of great news around the tournament.
The tournament will include a group of names, image and full (NIL) that will give the winning school with a null package of $ 300,000. The second place will earn a $ 100,000 package, and the two semifinalists will win $ 50,000 through the Vivid Seats ambassador program.
“We are trying to increase the experience for athletes,” Fox Sports Executive Vice President Jordan Bazant said Tuesday. “University football has evolved in many ways. There is no experience in the bowl of great game for basketball programs. We have 12 NBA teams that come to this event, if not more. State of Arizona, Boise State, Butler, Cincinnati, Colorado, Depaul, Georgetown, George Washington, Nebraska, State of Oregon, Tulane, UCF, USC, Utah, Villanova and Washington State everything will compete. The games will take place in the T-Mobile Arena and the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The tournament begins on Monday and extends until April 6. The games can be seen in FS1 and the final is shown in Fox.
Fox Sports is also organizing a Super 6 contest for fans to make predictions in the tournament games.
A competitor would have to predict team and players performances, compete against other fanatics in Fox Sports and climb the classification for an opportunity in the first prize. The first prize includes $ 3,000. The second place will give the competitor $ 1,000. The third place winner obtains $ 500, the fourth gets $ 250, the fifth obtains $ 150 and sixth wins $ 100.
