No. 7 Alabama defeated Auburn, 93-91, along the way with an extra time bell drum on Saturday at a regular season end.
Mark Sears led to painting and hit a float when the clock expired to give the crimson tide a great victory. Sears had only nine points, but scored the two most important.

Johni Broome hit a three for Auburn with 15 seconds in extra time to tie the game in 91, but Sears did the best of obtaining the ball for the last time. Broome finished with a maximum of 34 points.
After losing only two of their first 29 games, the tigers have lost two in a row. They left a game on the way to Texas A&M earlier this week.
