Research on Stanford’s chief coach, Troy Taylor, discovered that he had intimidated his staff and mistreated employees, according to ESPN.
More than 20 current and previous employees cooperated with the two investigations that included complaints against Taylor for what are described as a hostile and aggressive behavior, as well as personal attacks, according to the report.
Taylor was investigated for the first time more than a year ago, which led him to sign a warning letter on February 14 of last year; However, a second investigation concluded on July 24.

Both investigations determined that Taylor’s treatment to employees, particularly women, was inconsistent with Stanford standards, according to ESPN.
The report says that researchers had never found “this palpable level of animosity and disdain” for a university compliance office, said Espn.
In the warning letter, according to reports, Taylor wrote that he knew he could be fired if the behavior had continued; The second investigation included other complaints, but he is still at work.

“I voluntarily fulfilled the investigations, I accepted the recommendations that arose from them and used them as a learning opportunity to grow in leadership and how I interact with others,” Taylor said in a statement published by the school. “I hope to continue working in collaboration and collaboration with my colleagues so that we can achieve success for our Together Football Program.”
A statement from a University spokesman said: “Stanford believes in defending the highest behavior standards in the workplace.”
“The university received complaints about coach Taylor and a third investigated the matter thoroughly. Last summer, the university took appropriate measures, coach Taylor received training and has committed to nurture the respectful work environment that is essential for the success of all our athletics programs.”
