The American Airline Company Globalx website was recently disfigured, with threat actors behind the attack that they also stole confidential files.
The violation was reported by 404 media After detecting a message on the beginning page of the website, apparently left by the computer pirates called anonymous.
“Anonymous has decided to enforce the judge’s order since you and your Sycophant staff ignore the legal orders that go against your fascist plans,” says the message.
Predetermined configurations
Globalx Air is one of the main airlines used by the Trump administration for this purpose, and during the attack, anonymous allegedly stole flight records and passenger manifests for all customers, including illegal immigrants.
The group shared the information with some media members by their own initiative, added 404 media, and also said that the information could be used to provide “granular information about who has been deported exactly on global flightsx, when and where.”
When Anonymous said he was “enforcing the judge’s order,” he referred to multiple court sentences, which confirmed that some of the people should not have been deported to El Salvador, and that he ordered the Trump administration to bring those people back.
At the time of publication, the website was no longer disfigured and showed the usual destination page.
Anonymous is not a piracy collective organized in the same sense as Conti, or CL0P, for example. It is an informal group of computer pirates and hackivists, who often plan their raids in anonymous forums (such as 4chan, for example) and objective governments, corporations and institutions that consider corrupt or oppressive.
Taking into account the message that remains in Globalx, it seems that the airline was attacked due to its participation in the deportation of illegal foreigners from the United States to Venezuela and other countries. One of the Trump administration agendas is the deportation of people who illegally entered the United States, especially those related to gangs or who otherwise have a criminal record.
