The United States Department of Justice has resolved its demand claims against the acquisition of Juniper Networks of $ 14 billion of HPE, which means that the agreement can now proceed to the approval of the Court waiting.

The news occurs almost a year after the European Commission first approved the agreement: in August 2024, European antimonopoolio regulators declared that the acquisition “would not significantly reduce competition.”
