- Strava has been updated with new functions to pay subscribers
- Which includes routes propelled by AI and thrust locations
- The classification tables of the application have also been purged with tricks
If you are a fitness fan, you have probably heard of Strava. The health monitoring application is popular between athletes and enthusiasts equally, and has been updated with a variety of new features for subscribers.
According to a blog post on the Strava website, the new one presents “combination of flexibility on the march with community -driven reliability”, which means that the application offers subscribers “smarter tools and fed by the community to explore and compete with confidence.”
So what do you really get with the update? First, there is a new route experience. Strava says that this includes “updated Routes of AI” that can offer suggestions based on the global heat map of the application. That means more flexible and reliable options that are based on user’s contributions, says the company.
As of June, the points of interest will be peaceful, and this can allow you to obtain more information about the place in question (such as a restaurant or place of beauty). It also means that you can create a route that goes directly to the point of interest or incorporates it along the route, and this will show data such as the elevation and estimation of the arrival time.
Then, as of July, subscribers can drop a pin on a map in Strava and create a “efficient and specific route of A a B activity.”
Justice of the classification table
Beyond these new features, Strava says that it is also taking measures to ensure that the schedules of the classification table have been achieved fairly. To that end, the application automatic learning model has been updated to reprocess the 10 most popular points in the classification tables and execute classification tables. This has resulted in the elimination of 4.45 million activities that were presented with the incorrect sporting type or registered in vehicles. Strava says that this means that the classification tables now “will reflect the true performances.”
Strava is also adding more living segments, twice the number compared previously. You can access these segments whether it is a subscriber or not, but the payments will obtain some additional characteristics here, including additional screens with comparison metrics.
If you love Strava and use it every time you go out or a trip, these updates could have aroused your interest. Just be sure to wear one of the best physical conditioning trackers with you the next time you go to the road.
