An official Whoop team recommends completely loading the battery and then forcing a reset quickly touching the upper part of the sensor several times until the side leads the blue pulses. Then you can find that you can match it again in the application.
However, these steps do not seem to be enough for some users. Whop MG affected owners are also asked to communicate directly with Whoop’s support, and it seems that some people are being sent to replacements without asking for them, since errors have been detected remotely.
