Victoria Beckham recently recalled her transition from world-famous pop star to full-time mother.

During the last episode of Call Your Dad Podcastthe first spice girl She opened up about the emotional challenges she faced after stepping away from the spotlight to focus on family life.

“I had Brooklyn, I moved to Manchester, which is where David lived and played for Manchester United,” Victoria recalled.

The fashion designer shares four children with David Beckham, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.

“She’s a big star,” Victoria continued.

“It was quite a transition for me, because I was so happy to be with David and have a baby; I felt very blessed. But I also felt a little lost.”

The change of pace, from performing on global stages with his bandmates to quiet days at home, was “difficult,” he admitted.

“Going from being in the band, traveling the world, being on stage with your best friends to suddenly being in an apartment, in Manchester, alone, with a baby,” Victoria said, adding: “It was difficult.”

What made it harder, he added, was the shame he felt for fighting at a time when he thought he should have felt happier.

“I felt ashamed to admit that I didn’t feel completely fulfilled,” she confessed to host Alex Cooper.

“There was a clock in my head that was ticking, ticking, ticking, ticking. I was just struggling to figure out what was next,” Victoria said before logging out of the chat.
