Irish media personality and model Vogue Williams and her husband Spencer Matthews have taken a major step in their personal lives by selling their £4.25 million Battersea apartment and purchasing their “forever” home in London.
The couple first put their luxury London apartment up for sale two years ago, slashing the price by a staggering £1million during that time.
In the latest episode of their YouTube vlog, Vogue shared that the couple finally sold the first home where they made memories together and bought their “forever” family home in London in June.
He I’m a celebrity The star gave fans a sneak peek at the stunning new property, but admitted the family will have to wait at least 18 months due to extensive renovations.
‘We sold our apartment. It’s gone. End of an era. The apartment no longer exists,” Vogue told viewers.
“We have a rental around the corner so the kids can stay in school because we bought our dream house.”
‘I will miss this apartment. We have lived here for seven years. It’s the first place we lived together. All our children were born here. “So, it will be strange to say goodbye, but at the end of the day, we have this incredible house that we are going to love very much.”
‘This is our forever home. I know people say that, but it’s actually our forever home. It’s like my dream house that I have in Ireland. And this is their dream house where I think the kids will grow up.”
In April it was revealed that Vogue and Spencer had knocked a further £450,000 off the asking price of their luxury London apartment.
