The Department of Meteorology of Pakistan (PMD) has predicted generalized rain, wind and thunderstorms in Sindh, including Karachi, from Sunday night until September 11, as a depression on the southwest of Rajasthan and the adjacent of Sindh is strengthened.
According to the notice, heavy rain is expected very strong in Tharparkar, Uumerkot, Mirpurkhas, Sanghar, Khairpur, Shaheed Benazirabad, Dadu, Matiari, Tando Muhammad Khan, Tando Allah Yar, Hyderabad, Thatta, Badin, Sujawal and Jamshor Districts.

Moderate to heavy falls are also probable in Larkana, Shikarpur, Kashmore, Sukkur, Jacobabad and Ghotki.
It is forecast that Karachi will receive intermittent rain and thunderstorms, with heavy spells very heavy until September 11. Temperatures in the city can fall to 28-30 ° C for Tuesday, with humidity levels that increase to 90 percent.
The PMD warned that strong agays, wind storms and rays could alter the daily routines, cause urban floods and flood in low areas and damage weak structures, electrical posts, vehicles, billboards and solar panels.
He added that medium level floods are taking place in Guddu Barge, while Sukkur and Kotri Barrages are experiencing low -level floods.
The Indo River is expected in GUDDU to reach very high flood levels between September 8 and 9.
The authorities and residents have been advised to remain alert, while farmers are urged to adjust agricultural activities in line with the forecast.
