Pakistan is experiencing a sharp drop in temperatures as rain and snow continue to affect several parts of the country. In Lahore, skies remained cloudy and icy winds made the weather colder than usual. The Meteorological Department recorded the current temperature of the city at 14°C. In the federal capital, light rain was reported in sectors G-7, G-8, H-8, Kashmir Chowk, Bara Kahu, Bani Gala and Park Road. Snowfall resumed in most parts of the upper and central areas of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, intensifying the cold.
