The police in Lahore launched an investigation into the alleged kidnapping of a 29 -year -old woman and her four children, who disappeared while traveling to her mother’s house, authorities said.

The incident occurred in the Gujjarpura area of ​​the city, where a case was recorded at the local police station on the woman’s husband, Hafiz Mahmood, said Express News.

According to the first information report (FIR), Amber and his children, Abdullah, eight, Zainab, six years old, Ahmed, and Umme Hani, two years old, were kidnapped while they were heading to their mother’s house.

The family was last seen leaving together and did not reach their destination.

Police said they are using CCTV images to track the movements of the victims and wait for an advance.

“A joint team that includes Sho Gujjarpura Mohammad Zaka and the officers of the investigation unit are actively working in the case,” said a police spokesman.

“We are sure they will recover soon.”

They have not yet named suspicious, and the reason behind the kidnapping is still clear.

The authorities said that all angles are being examined, and the updates will be shared as the investigation progresses.
