Mian Channu police arrested a man for charges of murdering a woman after attracting her from Karachi through social networks.
The suspect was identified as Mehmood, 26.
According to the police, they had received a call on the emergency line line 15 regarding the discovery of the body of an unidentified woman in a wheat field in Chak 126/15l.
Sho Arsalan Amjad and his team collected site evidence and recorded a case of murder against unknown attackers. The suspect was tracked and arrested in Bahawalnagar during a police raid.
The victim, identified as a 23 -year -old Maimoona of Karachi, had collapsed a relationship with the suspect through social networks. The reports indicated that she was pregnant, which had taken the suspect to attract Mian Channu.
