The Planning Minister, Ahsan IQBAL, directed on Wednesday the evaluation of the updated project of the PC1 Karachi Industrial Park in the light of the review of the project and the interested parties instructed the interested parties to prepare for the starting ceremony scheduled for September 4. The minister presided over a meeting with the officers of the Ministry of Industries and Production, Investment Board and Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation to review the progress of the high priority project, said a comment as president. The project is scheduled for completion within 15 months. The total cost of the project is estimated at RS7,404 billion, which will be financed in six quarters.
