World Cup: Trump’s ‘help’ could give the title to USMNT, says the chief coach

The National Male team of the United States has the opportunity to do some noise in the World Cup next year while it was in its homeland.

The team reached the 16 -time round in its last four world glasses (they did not qualify in 2018), and will play as one of the three host countries in less than 18 months.

The United States, Canada and Mexico will be the hosts, with the final at the Metlife stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, the Home of the New York Giants and Jets.

After ending in third place in the opening World Cup in 1930, the farthest that the United States has since been the quarterfinals, a round that has not been reached since 2002.

The United States disappointed with the Copa América last summer, while leaving the group stage while organizing the tournament.

But the US Football Manager. Mauricio Pochettino recently said that there could be a secret sauce next year: President Donald Trump.

In an interview with Pak GazettePochettino said Trump could play a role in the destination of the USMNT.

“I will say yes. If he asks me, I say yes. President, with his help, with fans behind [us] Organization of the World Cup, everything is possible, “said Pochettino.

Pochettino recently noticed the additional pressure on his team for playing the host.

“I think the pressure will be there, because we are a host. And then it is a country where the mentality is about winning. You know, in sport, in everything that Americans are involved, they want to win,” he said, through the mirror. “That is culture. It is cultural. Of course, it will be a pressure, but welcome. That means we are going to feel the adrenaline we need to feel.”

It is safe to assume that Trump will appear in the World Cup, which will run approximately one month with games in 11 NFL stages; Nine stadiums were hosts in 1994, where then President Bill Clinton officially opened the tournament.

Trump has been seen in the main sporting events since he assumed the position, including Super Bowl Lix in New Orleans and Daytona 500 on consecutive Sundays last month.

He often attended UFC events, and his last one is in Madison Square Garden the week after winning the elections. Trump will also be in the Division I fight championship of the NCAA in Philadelphia this week, and attended the Army-Navy game in December.
