Oba Femi showed his brute strength while retaining the NXT championship against Je’von Evans in Heatwave on Sunday night.
Femi has been one of the most dominant superstars since he joined the WWE NXT list. He has been the NXT champion since he defeated Trick Williams and Eddy Thorpe in a triple threat match in the Mal of the New Year on January 7. Since then, he has demolished all the fighters who accompanied him.

But Evans proved to be a more unique challenger given his agility and acrobatics. He showed them as he delivered a cutter of what could have been a harmful blow. Evans thought he had won the game, but an NXT referee dismissed the count of three of another, claiming that Femi could break the count.
Femi finished playing with Evans, and was shown. He picked up his opponent and threw him out of the ring through the advertisement table. The crowd in Lowell, Massachusetts, went crazy through the place. He put Evans again in the ring, hit his final movement and covered Evans for victory.
After the dust settled, Ricky Saints appeared in the ring. The saints approached Femi to say that he was his next challenger.

In other places, two changes were produced on the card.
The members of Darkstate, Dion Lennox and Osiris Griffin, defeated Hank and Tank to win the NXT label team championship. The faction played the game of numbers to obtain an advantage in the most important team and could start its first reign by the title.
Ash by Elegance returned the total non -scales action championship to the brand with a victory over Jacy Jayne and Masha Slamovich. Jayne entered the game as a champion, but left in a state of shock when a new headline was crowned.

Lola Vice became the number 1 contender for the NXT women’s championship with a victory over Jaida Parker and Kelani Jordan. Blake Monroe got one about Jordynne Grace with a victory in his singles match. Meanwhile, Ethan Page and Chelsea Green demolished Tavion Heights and Tyra Mae Steele in a combination of mixed equipment.
