The company has announced chat notes, a “new collaboration space” in which users can share ideas and collaborate at work without having to leave Microsoft teams.
Microsoft says that the new function will allow not only real -time online collaboration, but will also help maintain their communications under control and increase productivity in all areas.

In a Microsoft 365 Roadmap Post that announces the news, the company says that Chat’s notes will be seen on “enabling real -time collaboration, key information organization and simplified communications.”
The tool will be available in group chats along with conversations 1: 1, with the ability to add additional equipment members when necessary.
The update publication does not go into many details about how chat notes will be seen, but mentions some features, including the ability to add images, format text, share loop components and mention chat members when you need your attention.
Chat Notes still appears in the development for now, but it has an expected launch date of September 2025, so users should not have too much time to wait to overcome their productivity tools.
After launch, Microsoft says that chat notes will be available for equipment users on the desktop to start, with users around the world capable of accessing it.
The launch will be the last one of a series of recent releases aimed at making users of Microsoft equipment more productive when using the service.
This includes adding user capacity to save messages in their conversations and chats, which means that users no longer have to manually drag through long conversations to find the message they need.
The company also revealed that configurable keyboard shortcuts will finally arrive soon to Microsoft equipment, which gives users to access symbols, symbols, icons and others that can use regularly daily, but at some point they are not very close when written in a work environment.
