Gilgit:
Heavy rains caused floods and landslides, severely damaging the main roads in Gilgit-Baltistan and the areas of the North adjacent.
According to the Neoc report, Somro Bridge, Ghanche, Saltoro Bridge and Baghicha (Skardu) Bridge have suffered serious damage, cutting traffic in the region.
The Jaglot-Skardu road remains completely blocked, while the routes in Dian, Thali Broq and Kalti (Ghizer) are also closed for all types of trips.
Similarly, Gilgit, Jaglot, Goro and Naltar roads are inaccessible, and the Gilgit-Hunza road in Gulmit and Gojal has also been blocked. The Top Babusar road has been declared completely closed.
