World cries with Pakistan in the middle of the floods of ‘Doomsday’

As Pakistan fights with one of the most mortal monsoon disasters in recent memory, messages of condolence and solidarity came from around the world.

While the nation cried, world leaders extended their sympathies and support.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a letter of condolence to President Asif Ali Zardari, expressed pain and sadness for the loss of precious lives in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Putin transmitted sincere sympathy and condolences to the families of the deceased and wanted a rapid recovery to the injured. The Russian president also expressed the best wishes for affected families.

Similarly, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia expressed more sincere condolences and sympathies with the government and the people of Pakistan for the loss of lives caused by floods and torrential rains.

In a statement on Saturday, the Ministry said that the kingdom sympathized with Pakistan during this tragic natural disaster, extending their support to the families of the victims. In addition, he transmitted the best wishes for the rapid recovery of the injured in calamity.

Japan’s prime minister ishiba Shigeru, expressed a deep sadness for the loss of lives in the devastating floods of northern Pakistan.

The Japanese prime minister, in his condolence message, said he was “deeply sad” upon learning of the tragic deaths and extended their prayers for the victims, along with sincere sympathies before the afflicted families, according to the Japan embassy in Islamabad on Saturday.

“On behalf of the Government of Japan, I pray for the souls of the victims and extend my deepest condolences to the afflicted families. I would also like to express my sincere wishes for the rapid recovery of the injured,” said Prime Minister ishiba.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkiye, in a statement on Saturday, expressed a deep pain for the loss of lives caused by devastating floods in Pakistan. The Ministry transmitted more condolences to the government and the people of Pakistan, praying for the mercy of Allah for those who lost their lives in calamity.
