Crypto Exchange Kraken has acquired the assets and technology of Capitalise.AI, a startup based in Israel that built a natural code platform and without code to automate commercial strategies in multiple classes of assets, said the company in a press release on Wednesday.
Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a Stifel company, acted as a financial advisor of Capitalise.AI. The financial details of the acquisition were not revealed.
Founded in 2015, Capitalse.AI developed a system that allows users to convert everyday text into executable commercial strategies.
Company’s technology supports real and historical data analysis that covers actions, cryptography, FX, future and options. Its tools have been used by a variety of traditional financial corridors and exchanges.
Kraken said he will begin to implement the characteristics of Capitalise.AI on his Kraken Pro platform at the end of this year. The movement is designed to reduce technical barriers to advanced trade, which provides users with the ability to design, perform a backward test and automate strategies without writing code.
“This acquisition offers Kraken Pro customers a new powerful way of acting on real -time ideas: testing, optimizing and executing customary strategies with unprecedented speed and confidence,” said Shannon Kurtas, Kraken exchange manager, at launch.
The co -founders Amir Shiovich and Shahar Rabin, together with the key engineering staff, will join the Kraken Pro Business Unit as part of the agreement.
