- Sony has presented two new audio products before Gamescom 2025
- Inzone H9 II is a revised version of an existing game headset
- Inzone E9 is a couple of FPS games headphones
Just before the start of Gamescom 2025, Sony revealed a set of new products for its game lines in zonos. This includes two new game audio equipment bits: Inzone H9 II games headphones and Inzone E9 Gaming headphones.
Inzone H9 II is a revised version of the existing Inzone H9. It has the same controller unit as the excellent Sony Wh-1000xm6 headphones, which achieved four and a half stars thanks to their excellent audio performance in our recent review.
It also obtains complete active noise cancellation and the ability to adjust the equalizer configuration (EQ) through the Sony Compatible Connect sound in PC and PS5.
Inzone H9 II has a full broadband adjustable boom microphone with AI-IA optimized noise filtration technology to help reduce background interference. It is also completely removable, unlike its predecessor.
The II is also lighter, with only 260 g, which presumably is the result of its thinner look headband and its most aerodynamic microphone.
Inzone H9 II is now available for pre-open black or white for $ 349.99 / £ 299.99 and will be sent in September.
Inzone E9 is a couple of headphones for games at the ear that comes with a USB-C audio box that can store its custom EQ configuration.
They were developed in collaboration with the FNATIC electronic sports team and are intended for “Elite FPS Play”. They cost $ 149.99 / £ 129 in black or white and are now ready for pre-the-date with shipping in October.
