- Agentforce for the public sector has already achieved a high authorization from Fedramp
- It is housed in AWS infrastructure for maximum security compliance
- IA agents get to work to increase the efficiency of human workers
Salesforce has introduced agentforce for the public sector, a new platform promoted by AI AGENIC specially designed to help in government agencies.
The agentforce branch promises to inject ia agents into the workflows of the government where it matters most, such as the management of repetitive tasks, improving the response capacity, efficiency and profitability.
He has also received a high authorization from Fedramp to guarantee compliance with security standards, so it can be a common view in the United States government services soon.
Agentforce platform approved by the Salesforce government
Salesforce pointed out the “personnel shortage and the growing public expectations” faced by government agencies as a key attraction for agenforce for the public sector.
The recent Global Index for the company’s preparation said that 90% of global constituents are open to commit to the governmental services of AI, but concerns about privacy and security have slowed adoption within the sector. This platform approved by FEDRAMP expects to change that.
The city of Kyle, Texas, has already started using the platform. “It’s like having all aspects of the City Council accessible instantly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whether it is an employee of the city or a resident who seeks help,” said the city’s assistant administrator, Jesse Elizondo.
Among the first characteristics that will be launched are three key systems: compliance management, complaint management and recruitment management. They use agents to summarize and analyze constituent complaints and detect complaints, help compliance officers with rates and rates calculations, and evaluate employment requests so that they coincide with candidates with relevant agencies.
The work recommendation, the request for benefits and the bots to present complaints will also be available from October 2025.
In an attempt to provide clarity to government agencies, Salesforce emphasized that the agent force for the public sector is executed in the AWS infrastructure, which is built to meet the strict security requirements for high sensitivity organizations worldwide.
“With the AI agents who work together with dedicated government workers and provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for the components, helping with everything, routine consultations to complex and slow tasks, the agent’s force will boost a more receptive, agile and effective government,” said Salesforce and GM of the public sector Nasi Jazayeri.
