President Donald Trump warned California and Governor Gavin Newsom about the transgender policies of the State when a new problem in the volleyball of high school girls appeared earlier this month.
The transgender athlete Ab Hernández has been playing female volleyball for the work of the Juraupa Valley high school months after creating a stir on the road and the countryside. Riverside Poly High School announced that his team would lose instead of playing against Jura Valley.

Gender participation policies of the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) have been at the forefront of the controversy. While the organization modified some of its policies when it came to athletics, the United States Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against CIF and the California Department of Education (CDE) on biological men continue to compete against women. The policy countered Trump’s executive order, which he signed in February.
“Any California school district that does not adhere to our transgender policies, will not be funded. Thank you for your attention on this matter!” Trump wrote in a publication about Truth Social.
The Newsom office responded to a comment request.

“If it is a day that ends at Y, President Trump is attacking the safety, health and access to children’s education as part of their cultural war,” said Newsom spokeswoman, Elana Ross, Pak Gazette Digital.
Transgender athletes in girls and women’s sports is a problem that does not seem to disappear despite the executive order of “Men in Women’s Sports” by Trump.
California is one of the few states that has not yet changed its policies to adhere to the switch. The Kern County Education Board changed its own policies recently challenging State policy.
Newsom has previously said that the CDE and CIF are following the laws that the State promulgated in 2013, but has repeatedly said that they believe that the men who compete in the sports of girls are “unfair.”

“I struggled with the issue of equity when it came to sports,” said Newsom in response to demand at an event in July. “And we tried to solve that a couple of years ago, and we were not successful. And we fought with that recently.
“And my position is that I do not think it is fair, but I also think that it is degrading to talk to people and belittle the trans community. And I do not like the way the right talks about the trans community. These people just want to survive.”
