The demand, in which West is being represented by Tony Buzbee, is looking for more than $ 20 million in damages. Buzbee has represented the victims in many cases of sexual aggression of high profile and domestic violence.

In the lawsuit, Ward is accused of forcing West’s house in the early hours of June 12. West claimed that Ward was showing “erratic and aggressive” behavior, and she believed she was under the influence.

“That night, she suspected that she was under the influence of methamphetamines, specifically, glass methamphetamine,” says demand.

The lawsuit also claimed that Ward threatened to kill West on multiple occasions, while slapping her and suffocating her, and “dragging” her to a room.

Due to the alleged altercation, his son woke up and West tried to calm him. West then claimed that Ward demanded that he perform a sexual act about him, and did it for fear for his life. Then, says the demand, West ran out of his home with his son while “naked and visibly injured” after Ward went to look for his cell phone after accusing her of talking to other men. West called 911 and Ward was arrested.

The lawsuit also claimed that a previous incident occurred in which Ward “attracted West” to his house in Houston “under the pretext of giving him money for the Karate lessons of his son” on April 25.

Ward supposedly told West that he had to enter the house and then to his room, where he supposedly grabbed her and demanded a sexual act. West says that “he resisted, shouted and managed to leave.”

Steve Jackson, Ward’s lawyer, told KPRC 2 that this lawsuit was previously filed in Montgomery County and was dismissed.

“This is the same civil lawsuit that was presented against Mr. Ward by other lawyers who also judged and failed in a jury trial to demonstrate that Jimmie was married to Mrs. West. It is our intention at this time to focus on the criminal accusations and the next Grand Jury hearing with the expected of this issue that said goodbye.”
