Road network in areas affected by restored floods: Tarar

Information Minister Attaullah Tarar said on Saturday that roads in areas affected by floods of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan had been completely restored, while 60 affected feeders, 52 now worked completely now.

In a conversation in the media about the flood situation, he said that Karakoram Highway and Buner-Khwazakhela Highway were open for traffic. Similarly, Astore Bridge in Jaglot-Skardu Road was operational now, he said.

The minister said that NDMA, FWO and the Pakistan army were helping provincial governments to open provincial roads now.
