Xapo Bank, friendly with cryptography, has hired Tommy Doyle as head of London -based relations management, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Doyle was previously used as Chief of Europe at Crypto Prime Broker Falconx, and also worked at Crypto Exchange Coinbase (COIN) in sales of coverage funds, according to the profile.
He enjoyed a long career in traditional finance before specializing in cryptography, after working for Wall Street Banks, including Goldman Sachs. (GS)Citi (DO)AND BANK OF AMERICA (BAC).
Xapo Bank is based in Gibraltar and is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Gibraltar (GFSC).
The bank began offering loans supported by Bitcoin earlier this year.
