The former NFL field marshal, Jay Cutler, accepted a guilt agreement on Tuesday after being arrested by DUI the past fall.
Cutler declared himself guilty of a driving position under the influence in a court of the Tennessee court, according to WSMV. The agreement dismisses a position of possession of weapons, although you must lose your weapon.
Cutler must also spend four days in jail, which will serve next month, and pay a fine of $ 350.

He was arrested after allegedly hitting the back of another vehicle last October in Franklin, Tennessee. The officers on the scene said he was stunning his speech, and former NFL field marshal refused to participate in field sobriety tests. Subsequently, a blood sample was taken in a local hospital under a court order.
The authorities found a rifle and a gun loaded in the central console of the Cutler truck.

Originally he was accused of DUI, not to exercise due care to avoid a collision, implicit consent and possession of a gun under the influence. Those charges, apart from DUI, were fired under the guilt agreement.
After fulfilling his four days in jail, Cutler must attend a DUI security class and will be on probation without one year supervision. Your driver’s license has also been revoked.

Cutler was the 11th General Selection of the 2006 NFL Draft for the Denver Broncos after starring Vanderbilt.
He played 37 games for the Broncos since 2006-08 before moving on to the Chicago Bears, where he spent most of his 12-year-old NFL career.
He launched for 23,443 yards and 154 touchdowns in 102 regular seasonal games with Chicago. The Bears arrived at the playoffs only once under their leadership, in 2010.

Cutler finished his NFL career with 35,133 air yards and 160 TouchDowns in 153 games, including his last season in 2017 with the Miami Dolphins.
