Police arrested a man accused of raping and strangling until his brother’s wife within the limits of the Malir Cantt police station.
According to Malir Cantt police, the suspect, Ishaq, confessed during the initial interrogation to attack and kill Sadia, 30, daughter of Hidayatullah. The victim’s body was discovered in a house in Haji Zakaria Goth with a rope around his neck. There has been a case at the Malir Cantt police station on the complaint of the deceased’s brother, Muhammad Hidayatullah, who also nominated the mother -in -law of Sadia Allah Rakhi, his sister -in -law Kausar, Rashid and his younger brother Adil as suspicious.
Hidayat declared that his sister, Sadia, had come home with her five children and her mother -in -law to attend a family function on August 24.
After returning to her husband’s house, she received a call that she had committed suicide. Hidayat said that when he arrived at Sadia’s house he found his body in bed with strangulation marks in his neck and wounds in his nose and forehead. He affirmed that the in -laws were preparing their tomb for the funeral before the police intervention. Hidayat lifted a tone and cried and called the police flame line 15. The body was transferred to the Jinnah hospital for postmortem, where it was confirmed that the victim was brutally attacked and then strangled. Sadia had not committed suicide, she was killed.
