Rawalpindi:
The written order of the previous hearing of the Toshakhana-II case against the PTIR’s boss pattern Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi was issued.
The court ordered the Superintendent to allow family members and lawyers to attend the prison hearing.
The special central judge Shahrukh Arjemand issued the written order, indicating that lawyers who have presented their notarial power should be allowed to attend and that family members present outside the prison should also be allowed to participate in the hearing.
The lawyer Salman Safdar had filed a petition against the restriction of lawyers and relatives to attend the prison hearing.
