Islamabad:
The Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC) on Wednesday eliminated a request for disqualification of MNA Ramesh Lal after the case became ineffective.
Judge Muhammad Azam Khan heard the request of Maharaj Ramesh Kumar.
Lal’s lawyer asked the court to have the petition, stating that after the statement was presented, elections were also held, and that now the petition has become ineffective.
The court eliminated the request at the request of the lawyer.
A citizen had presented a request for the disqualification of LAL in the minority seat to hide assets.
