- Apple’s iPhone event will take place on September 9, 2025
- The event invitation can contain clues insinuating what we will see
- However, there are some products that will definitely not be in the program.
The invitations for the Apple iPhone 17 event have just left, and the company has confirmed that the show will take place on September 9, 2025. That will take our first glance to the range of the iPhone 17 and much more, and there could be some clues buried on the invitation card “Awe Dring” of Apple.
The first track is in the name of the event. Apple has chosen “amazement” this year, and that suggests that the company is confident that it has some great news to share. Based on the rumors we have seen so far, that could be the air of the iPhone 17, which will probably be Apple’s thinner phone and something that could carry the iPhone line in a new direction.
If you saw Apple’s invitation on an iPad or iPhone, you may have noticed that you can interact with it: slide a finger or a pencil on the Apple logo and its colors move to follow your entrance. That could be an allusion to Apple’s The liquid glass redesign, which also has colorful visual effects that move and refract the light.

Speaking of colors, the Apple logo “Awe Dropping” shows oranges, yellow and blue. That could point to the colors of the iPhone 17, all of which supposedly appear in a photo of the Sonny Dickson filter that, according to him, shows the entire telephone line. Among the devices are the Pro Dark Blue and Orange iPhone 17 Pro phones, as well as the Air Air 17 Air 17 of light blue and gold yellow.
The tones of the event logo also remind patterns produced by a heat detection device. Could it be an indication that Apple will improve iPhone cooling skills? There are rumors that the iPhone 17 list will come with cooling of the steam chamber, which would undoubtedly be screaming from Apple.
What probably does not reach the show
Said all this, there are some things that we are unlikely to see in the September event. First, the indications prior to the show suggest that the MAC line will be completely absent, with Apple planning to launch new Mac, either later in 2025 or in In early 2026. If you want a new Macbook Pro or IMAC, you will probably have to wait.
In the same way, it is unlikely that the Homepod appears, despite the strong statements that Apple is busy developing a Homepod with an integrated screen and a version of the speaker that places a screen on a robotic arm. However, there is still a time to wait before these products are ready.
Finally, the Airpods Max headphones have been largely left without changes since its launch of 2020, with only a USB-C port and that new colors are added in 2024. Despite that, the device is not expected to be updated this September, and there are no suggestions that a new edition for the predictable future is planned.
Even so, there should be a lot on display at the “Awe Dropping” event by Apple. If the logo is something to happen, we could have a lot on our dish.
