A train that transports the North Korean leader Kim Jong a passed to China on Early Tuesday, South Korea Yonhap The news agency reported, citing the state radio service of the North.

It is a rare trip to the outskirts of North Korea for Kim, who is one of the 26 heads of state scheduled to attend a military parade in Beijing to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the surrender of Japan in World War II.

If it continues as planned, the diplomatic incursion will mark the first time that Kim, Vladmir Putin de Russia, and the Xi Jinping of China appear in the same event.

On Monday, Xi and Putin turned to slide in the West during an Eurasian leaders meeting in Tianjin, just south of Beijing.

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is promoted as a non -western style of collaboration between 10 countries in the region and seeks to be an alternative to traditional alliances.

The next presence of Kim “formalizes the trilateral (relationship) of China-Russia-North Korea to the public,” said Soo Kim, geopolitical risk consultant and former CIA analyst AFP.

Kim enjoyed a brief episode of International High Profile Diplomacy of 2018, meeting with US President Donald Trump and then South Korean President Moon Jae-in several times.

But he retired from the global scene after the collapse of a summit with Trump in Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2019.

Kim stayed in North Korea throughout the Covid-19 Pandemia, but found himself in Putin in the Far East of Russia in 2023.
