The newly constituted bank formed to listen to the case with respect to the health and repatriation of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui of Dr. Aafia Siddiqui imprisoned.
Judge INAAM AMEEN MINHAS of the Superior Court of Islamabad (IHC) on Monday sent the file to the President of the Supreme Court of IHC, Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar, for the simulation of a larger bank.
This case had been previously transferred from the Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan Court of Justice, who had issued contempt notices to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the members of his Cabinet for not taking into account his order to provide reasons not to help a hearing of the United States Court the case of Dr. Aafia.
On Monday, Judge Minhas heard arguments about the health of Dr. Aafia and the return of an American prison while listening to the request presented by Dr. Aafia’s sister, Dr. Fowzia Sid-Diqui,
The petitioner’s lawyer, lawyer Imran Shafiq, told the court that the matter had become quite complicated. The judge declared that it was not the case and that his ruling was clear regarding the president of the President of Justice as the teacher of the list.

The judge pointed out that in his last order he had given the government time to reverse with his decision, while caus-continuion to the officer of the state law that inaction would result in contempt procedures.
On July 15, the Federal Government approached the Court Su-Premia, seeking to revoke on May 16, 2025, or the salt of the IHC that allowed amendments to a previously established request on Dr. Aafia, almost a decade of its presentation.
Judge Ejaz Ishaq Khan was going on summer vacation as of July 21. However, he had announced at the last hearing that he would listen to the case on July 21. Interested, the IHC did not list the case for the audience before his bank.
The judge, however, heard the case and then issued an order of ampoules. He also criticized the president of the Supreme Court of IHC, and the entire “demolition squad catapulted in” the IHC after amendment 26.
Dr. Aafia Siddiqui is a Pakistani neuroscientist and educator who won international attention after her conviction in the United States.
