The superior judge warns against lack of respect

Islamabad:

The president of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Yahya Khan Afridi, said Tuesday that there would be no indulgence and that no one would be allowed to disrespect the Court.

He made these comments during the audience of a case on the lack of payment of the predetermined income by a fictional tenant. A three -members bank headed by the president of the President of Justice heard the case.

The president of the Supreme Court said: “We will not allow anyone to respect the Court.”

During the hearing, the superior judge advised the petitioner’s lawyer to withdraw the petition, and added that “if they pursue this case, there will be a problem.”

The president of the Supreme Court asked who the petitioner was, asking if he had arrived here. The petitioner’s lawyer replied that the petitioner lived abroad and added: “If you ask, I will call it.”

The superior judge ordered the lawyer to present the documents of his client, including the identity card and written passport. The petitioner’s lawyer said that “I will send all the documents.” He prayed to the Court to grant a day.

During the hearing, the royal owner of the Chamber appeared in court and presented the Property Registry.

The president of the Supreme Court asked the petitioner’s lawyer: “They are saying that they are living in this house, you say that the owner of the house is another person; what this is; we will not allow anyone to disrespect the court.”

The petitioner’s lawyer said that a case must be submitted against any person who disobeys the orders of the court.

The president of the Supreme Court commented: “We will see who the case must occur against.”

The Supreme Court reserved its decision, indicating that an appropriate order would be approved in this regard.
