Angel Reese is tired of losing, and she is talking about it.
The Chicago Sky star put its franchise on notice, since they own the second record in the WNBA that enters Wednesday at 9-30.
“I am not forming with the same S — that we did this year,” Reese told Chicago Tribune. “We have to get good players. We have to get great players. That is not negotiable for me.”

Reese has always been a member about his team, and he clearly does not like the direction he is taking in his second year.
The sky is being led by chief coach Tyler Marsh in his first year, assuming the position of Teresa Weatherspoon after they ended 13-27 last season.
When Weatherspoon was relieved of his duties, he said vocalized his disgust with the movement, but heaven entered the season with the hope of changing the course and reaching the playoffs. Unfortunately for them, they are looking for the next season for that to happen.

Reese said it will be proactive to obtain the best talent in the league for the Ventosa city in this low season.
“I am willing and wanting to play with the best,” Reese added. “And yet, I can help get the best here, that is what I am going to do this low season to make sure to attract the best of the best because we cannot settle for what we have this year.”
Chicago has not been able to obtain the best talent of the free agents in recent years, with Courtney Vandersloot, who broke his ACL earlier this season, being his greatest signature in the period of past free agency.

Reese said that if the sky cannot generate more talent in the list, it may be possible to move on.
“I am very vocal about what we need and what I want,” Reese said. “I would like to be here for my career, but if things do not work, I could obviously have to move in a different direction and do my best for me.
“But while I am here, I will try to keep my mind open about what I have here and maximize that as much as I can.”
And with respect to Vandersloot, Reese went directly with his evaluation by moving to 2026.
“We cannot trust Courtney to return to the age at which he is,” Reese explained. “I know that she will be a great asset for us, but we cannot trust that. We need someone probably a little younger with some experience, someone who has been playing and is willing to compete for a championship and has done so before.”

Since he entered the League, Reese has averaged a double by game, although some detractors will say that cleaning the boards with their own lost shots inflate the statistics. Reese has averaged 14.6 points and 12.6 rebounds in 29 games this season.
