Islamabad:
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has established a cell facilitation cell abroad (OLFC) in a significant step aimed at helping the Pakist who live abroad to pursue their legal affairs before the main court of the country.
According to an official statement, the Pakistani abroad can now address the facilitation cell through a dedicated number of WhatsApp (+92-326-4442444) and the online complaints of the court.
The court clarified that only cases that fall under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court will be registered in the facilitation cell. Each individual who lives abroad will be considered a litigator abroad under this initiative.
