EXCLUSIVE: Three young people in southern California are presenting a lawsuit against the Interestic Federation of California (CIF), the California Department of Education (CDE) and the Unified School District of Jurupa (Jusd) on the inclusion of a transgender transgender transgender athlete in the Volleyball Team of the Guts of Jurupa Valley High School.

The lawsuit, which was filed on Tuesday at the United States District Court for the Central District of California, claimed that the plaintiffs “have suffered sexual discrimination, including sexual harassment, insecure and unfair athletic environments, the discrimination of the point of view and infractions in their religious freedom and security” as a result of Jurupa Valley Roster The Trans Athlete.

The plaintiffs in the case are the current players Alyssa McPherson, Hadeel Hazameh, the former player and older sister of McPherson Madison McPherson, and their families. Hazameh and Alyssa McPherson recently retired from the team in protest of the Trans athlete, previously told Pak Gazette Digital.

The lawsuit claimed that Hazameh and Alyssa McPherson were removed from the chat of the team group after telling their coach that they were “uncomfortable sharing the volleyball court and the costumes with a male student.” The plaintiffs also affirmed that the practices of the school have violated the religious liberations of the girls.

“The plaintiffs have been intimidated by an intentionally hostile environment created by the defendants in which school officials intimidated them to censor their objections to compete with and against a man and share intimate and private spaces with a man,” says the demand.

The McPherson family, which is identified as practicing Catholics, affirmed that “believes that God created human beings as men and women and that gender is a fixed characteristic that cannot be changed. His faith informs his understanding of human identity and shapes their points of view with respect to the importance of recognizing and honoring the distinctives of men and women as created by God,” according to the court documents.

Meanwhile, Hazameha and his family identify themselves as practicing Muslims “whose religious obligations prevent HH from exposing their hair or body to men, even when using a child.

“His faith emphasizes the modesty, dignity and honor of gender distinctions that must be adjusted with a ‘biological sex both in practice and identity.”

The demand seeks monetary damage and that the Trans athlete, Ab Hernández, retired from the team, claiming that the presence of the athlete has led other schools to lose games to the Valley of Jurupa this season. Until now, four confirmed opponents have lost the matches of Jurupa Valley in the midst of national scrutiny on Hernández’s participation in the sports of girls.

Hazameh and Alyssa McPherson competed alongside Hernández during all their high school volleyball races. Madison McPherson is a former Hernández teammate.

But this season, the last season of Hernández’s high school, opened with a generalized controversy after the Athlete Trans claimed two female state championships in athletics last spring.

The postseason is in which Hernández competed were received with protests by athletes and their families, which often used the “Save Girls Sports” shirts. In the days before the victories of the Hernández state championship, President Donald Trump sent a position on the social warning of truth, the officials and governors of California, Gavin Newsom, who do not allow an athlete Trans to compete in the state finals.

The CIF modified its policies to reward any female athlete who ended up behind Hernández, but still allowed the athlete to compete, and finally won the height jump and the triple jump of the girls, and the second place in length of length. The female athletes who finished a place behind Hernández shared the podium points next to the Trans athlete.

Then, in July, the Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the CDE and CIF for its policies that have allowed biological men to compete in girls’ sports throughout the State despite the fact that Trump signed an executive order in February to prohibit it.

That demand is ongoing.

Pak Gazette Digital has communicated with CDE, CIF and Jusd for a response to the demand presented by the McPhersons and Hazameh, but has not received an answer.

The school district previously provided a statement exclusively to FOX News Digital, which suggests the fault of the ongoing dispute that involves Hernández should address government officials and legislators.

“School districts do not write laws for the State of California, nor do they have the power to ignore or change them. However, as mainly agencies financed by the State, they must follow them. As these problems develop in our courts and the media, any defense of these matters must be addressed to state and federal officials elected to make laws and policies that affect public education,” said the declaration.

“We empathize with all students who are affected by problems outside their control. Jusd is committed to defending the law, which prohibits discrimination based on, among other characteristics, gender, gender identity, gender identity and sexual orientation in any program or activity, which guarantees that all pupils feel safe, supported and affirmed by who they are in school.”

TO Bipartisan survey By the Institute of Public Policy of California, most California residents oppose the biological trans athletes competing in women’s sports.

That figure included more than 70% of The parents of the State School.

“The majority of Californians support that transgender athletes compete in teams that coincide with the sex that were assigned at birth,” the survey said.

“The majority of adult adults (65%) and probable voters (64%) support that transgender athletes compete in teams that coincide with the sex that were assigned to birth, not the gender with which they identify themselves. An overwhelming majority of the parents of public schools (71%) support such a requirement.”
