- Fleater in series claims to know the European prices for DJI Mini 5 Pro
- Claims fly more combo will include a set of ND filters
- The US launch. It seems unlikely for another DJI product
It has been less than a week since our latest news about the rumored Dji Mini 5 Pro, but the constant flow of filtered information and the images of DJI’s next ultralight drone means that it is time for another update.
This time, the filtered information refers to the price date and launch of the drone. As always with such things, we urge you to take the information with a pinch of salt such as, until the DJI itself officially sets the mini 5 pro, all this remains speculation.
That said, when the information comes from trust and prolific leaks that are rarely wrong, we sit and realize. One of those leaks is Jasper Ellens, writing in Dronexl, and this week he published a story that claimed “reliable sources” had promised that DJI would launch the mini 5 pro on September 16, 2025. Yes, next week.
I found some good foreground images of which #Mini5Pro will soon be released … And I await the #tomorow teaser because the launch will definitely be 16! Is this @djiglobal last mini? Cheers! Https: //t.co/3dy3kmxud1September 8, 2025
He continues to mention that other sources (filtered retail websites, extracted for evidence) suggest availability in the store on September 17, and says that a list for the mini 5 PRO, supplied only with an RC-N3 remote control without screen, had a price of € 799 (around $ 935 / £ 690 / AU $ 1,415).
Ellens also believes that the DJI Mini 5 Pro Fly More combo will have a RC2 touch screen controller and a set of ND filters (together with the usual three batteries, the load of the crib and the transport bag), and will begin € 1129 (about $ 1,320 / £ 975 / Au $ 2,000).
That seems a fairly affordable price for a drone with the rumored characteristics of the Mini 5 Pro, such as a 1 inch sensor and the avoidance of complete omnidirectional obstacles, more frontal lidar.
Bad news for us drones pilots?
Unfortunately for the fans of the US -based drones. Since DJI has not launched any of its recent products there, this is a rumor that we would definitely say that it seems likely, although the company has always maintained that it is currently looking for viable ways to launch its drones, action cameras and more in the United States.
If Ellens’s information is precise, and the mini 5 pro will be launched next week, we will probably see an advance in official social media channels of the company in an imminent way. These things usually happen a few days before the launch of a DJI product, so if something is published in the next few days, we will know that a new drone will come to land very soon.
We have published the rumored specifications for the DJI Mini 5 Pro below.
