The nephew of the PTI pattern in chief of Imran Khan, Hassaan Khan Niazi, challenged on Wednesday at the LHC his arrest by the military, the martial procedures of the Court were carried out against him and the jurisdiction of the Military Court.
In 2023, Niazi was put in military custody to face his alleged role in the disturbances of May 9 at the Jinnah house in Lahore. In December, a rigorous prison sentence of 10 years was delivered.
On Wednesday, Niazi asked the LHC through his lawyer Faisal Siddiqui arguing that after his arrest in the case of May 9, he was never produced before a civil court.
