Chicago puppies flew the American flag half of the staff for the game at Friday’s house against the Rays of Tampa Bay in honor of the conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was killed during a Campus event in Utah on Wednesday.
The flag in Wrigley Field seemed to be flown at half -mast according to MLB Request that the teams follow the presidential proclamation of President Donald Trump.

In a statement to Pak Gazette Digital on Thursday, the League confirmed that “he asked all the clubs to follow the direction of the presidential proclamation of the White House and the fly flags in the middle of half of the stadiums.”

The proclamation of the White House ordered the flags to be flown in the middle of the staff until sunset on Sunday. In addition to the flag, Tyler Bowyer, Turning Point USA operations, reported on “The Charlie Kirk Show” that puppies “would recognize” Kirk in some way during the game.

Police confirmed Friday that a suspect in Kirk’s murder was arrested. He was identified as Tyler Robinson, a 22 -year -old Utah resident. The Governor of Utah, Spencer Cox, declared that a member of Robinson’s family contacted a family friend who later contacted the Sheriff’s office of Washington County “with information that Robinson had confessed or implied that he had committed the incident.”
