Charlie Kirk honest before multiple NFL games

Multiple NFL teams organizing games at home during the 1 PM window of Sunday’s calendar made tributes prior to the game to the founder of Turning Point from USA. UU. Charlie Kirk. And the reactions in the stadiums were generally cozy.

The Tennessee Titans, Miami Dolphins, New York Jets, New Orleans Saints and Dallas Cowboys celebrated moments of silence in honor of Kirk.

Everyone put Kirk’s photo in their video boards and asked the local crowd to stand up and pay respects due to Kirk’s filming last week.

The NFL coordinated a tribute to Kirk in the football match on Thursday night among Green Bay Packers and Washington’s commanders, but left the decision that the teams of 13 houses pay tribute to the individual teams.

And while a handful of teams chose to honor Kirk or include it in tributes and memories of September 11, a handful declined to mention Kirk.

It should be noted that the Bengals, Leones, Ravens and Steelers had no moments of silence or reflection in the name of Kirk.

The Steelers previously told Outkick that their tribute on Sunday would consist of decreasing the stadium flags in the middle of the staff.

Dolphins remember ‘victims of violence’

In Miami, the moment of silence occurred with both teams in the field. That was not the case in Lambeau Field on Thursday.

And the tribute to Kirk combined to also honor the anniversary of the September 11 attacks and other “victims of violence.” The tribute was received with cheers and, after silence, sent with applause.

The same happened in Dallas, where the Kirk image covered the 160 -foot screen by 72 feet that hangs suspended at 90 feet on the field.

In New York, the Jets had a moment of silence and played a brief tribute video to honor Kirk before the game before many fans had reached their seats.

The jets do something honorable

The tribute in New York is especially notable.

Unlike Miami, Nashville or Dallas, which are found in the red states, the New York Metropolitan Area is a prominent focus of conservative thought. None of the states in the tri-state area is red.

And yet, in a game played in Meadowlands, before an audience that would not surely accept the tribute, the jets continued anyway.

That should be noted. And applauded.

Because doing well is never wrong.
