
Liam Gallagher threw from some headsters with a moving tribute for boxer Ricky Hatton.
Following the premature death of the iconic boxer at age 46, celebrities have expressed their pain, including Oasis Star Liam.
He reached its official X (previously Twitter) to write a heartbreaking position to pay tribute to Ricky.
“Absolutely devastated when listening to the news about Ricky Hatton,” he began.
“It was an absolute honor to meet him and carry his belts,” Liam continued.
“Rip Champ Champ Forever LG X,” he concluded.
For not versed, the deceased boxer was found dead at home at Greater Manchester on Sunday morning, September 14.
Liam’s friendship and his brother Noel dates back to when the duo wore Ricky’s belt to the ring before his fight with Malignaggi Paulie in Las Vegas in 2008.
Ricky previously sprouted his friendship by saying: “Since he was a child, he wanted to be a world boxing champion, support Man City and listen to Oasis.”
“But I became four times world champion in two kinds of weight, I finished boxing at the Etihad stadium in front of 55,000 people and became colleagues from Noel and Liam Gallagher over the years,” he added.
