The fears of the Cincinnati Bengals seemed to be confirmed on Monday.
Joe Burrow will undergo surgery on his left foot to repair a grass feet injury he suffered in the team’s victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars and will probably come out at least three months, Espn said.

Burrow was in the locker room after the game in crutches. According to reports, the team was looking for a second opinion about the injury on Sunday night.
The field marshal was fired by the defensive Tackle of the Jaguars, Arik Armstead, for a loss of 5 yards in the 35 -yard line of the Bengals with 9:02 remaining in the first half. He went to the bank and entered the medical tent after the work. He briefly came out with a limp and went to the locker room.
“It’s difficult at this time. We’re going well. It’s a strong guy,” the open receiver of the Bengals said Sunday afternoon. “We hope to see what the results are.”

Jake Browning entered the Burrow game and helped Cincinnati his first 2-0 start since the 2018 season. Browning was 21 of 32 with 241 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions.
It is the third time since Burrow entered the league in which he will waste a significant time with an injury. It was limited to 10 games in 2020 and 2023 because of that. It will probably play around the same number of games this season when everything is said and done.

Last year, Burrow led the NFL with 4,918 air yards and 43 touchdown passes. It finished fourth in the NFL MVP vote.
