The Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) and the Minister of Foreign Affairs (FM) Ishaq give that Pakistan is a nuclear energy and will defend their sovereignty at all costs if it is attacked, regardless of which country is responsible.
In a special interview with Al Jazeera in Doha outside the Arab-Islamic Emergency Summit, Dar described the recent Israeli strike over Qatar as a serious action against international law, the UN letter and the sovereignty of Muslim countries.
He warned that if the Muslim world is limited only to the statements, the countries that represent 2 billion Muslims seem to have failed in the eyes of their people.
Giving said that Israel has become an uncontrollable state that challenges the sovereignty of a Muslim country after another. “You have seen Lebanon, Syria, Iran and now Qatar attacked. This approach is unacceptable,” he said, adding that Qatar was involved in the peace conversations mediated by the United States and Egyptians at the time of the strike and that the attack was intended to sabotage that process.
Referring to a meeting of the Islamic Cooperation Organization of 57 members, he said that this is not the time of resolutions and statements alone; A clear action plan is needed that describes what measures will be taken if Israel does not stop its aggression.

He said that Pakistan, together with Somalia and Algeria, immediately sought a special session of the UN Security Council and also mobilized the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva.
In the interview, Ishaq Dar said that military action is a last resort, and Pakistan’s priority has always been peace, dialogue and diplomacy. However, if the dialogue fails and aggression does not stop, effective practical measures will be necessary, “that could include economic sanctions, legal actions or training of a regional security force.”
When asked about Pakistan’s nuclear capacity, Ishaq Dar said that the country’s nuclear force is purely defensive, it has never been used and there is no intention to use it; But if Pakistan’s sovereignty is attacked, he will defend himself at all costs, regardless of which country he is involved.
When comparing Israel’s strike with Qatar with American action against Bin Laden, Ishaq gave the analogy a failed attempt to divert attention, saying that the world knows what that operation was. He pointed out that Pakistan himself has been the greatest victim and objective of terrorism.
Ishaq Dar said that Kashmiro is an internationally recognized dispute with UN resolutions. He described the revocation of India of article 370 and the integration of Jammu and Kashmir of the illegally occupied Indians (Iiojk) in India as disputed actions that violate international law.
He said that India has no right to withdraw from the treaty of the Indo waters, and if India turns water into a weapon, that would be considered an act of war. He stressed that Pakistan considers the problem as a matter of national security and will not commit.
Speaking about the clashes from May 7 to 10 with India, he said that Pakistan demonstrated a clear defensive superiority, undermining India’s claim of a regional security network.
On relations with Afghanistan, he said that the ties have improved, with progress in trade, agreements and rail projects, but the presence of elements such as TTP, Bla and the Mujahid brigade in Afghanistan is unacceptable.
He demanded that these militants be delivered to Pakistan or expelled from Afghanistan.
Ishaq Dar said that global resolutions are not being implemented in Palestine and Kashmir; If UN decisions simply become paper, what is left of the UN credibility? He asked for reforms in the Security Council and strong measures against countries that ignore their decisions.
Finally, the Minister of Foreign Affairs urged that the most urgent step is now a high unconditional fire and delivery without restrictions on humanitarian aid in Gaza. He said that every moment is beautiful and that the protection of each life must be the highest priority.
