Islamabad:
A lawyer transferred the IHC on Wednesday, looking for the audio and video recordings of a recent procedure of the Court Chamber, after which Judge Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri was prevented from working as a judge.
The lawyer Jahangir Jadoon submitted the request to the IHC registrar, stating that during the September 16 hearing in the Court Chamber No. 1, the president of the Supreme Court Sarfraz Dogar had told the lawyers that no order was issued.
However, after the hearing ended, news arose that Judge Jahangiri had been prevented from working. Therefore, lawyer Jadoon requested, official recordings will be provided to eliminate ambiguity.
